Mind to Motion Tools is a small independent studio, which means support comes directly from the people who built the tool. You’ll get a real reply from a real person, usually within 2 business days.
Before you email
If you can, check these first:
- The product’s FAQ section on its product page
- The Getting Started Guide PDF that came with your download
- Our general site-wide FAQ
When you email
Send your message to support@mindtomotionstudios.com. Including these things makes it much faster to help:
- Which tool you’re using
- Your operating system + version
- What you tried to do
- What happened instead
- A screenshot if visual
Response time
Most emails get answered within 1-2 business days. If you haven’t heard back after 3 business days, something has gone wrong — re-send and mention it’s been a few days. We’re a small operation and occasionally an email gets buried; we’d rather you nudge than wait.
Feature requests
The fastest way to get a feature considered is to subscribe to the monthly newsletter and reply to it with your idea. Newsletter replies actually shape the roadmap.
