What’s Mind to Motion Tools, exactly?
An independent software studio that makes small, focused tools for specific kinds of work. We’re not a SaaS company. We don’t take VC. We sell tools directly, one at a time, at fair prices.
Is this run by a real person?
Yes. A single founder builds and ships the tools, with occasional collaborator help on specific projects. We’re not a faceless brand — emails get answered by the person who built the thing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your device. We don’t accept cryptocurrency, bank transfers, or PayPal at this time.
Are tools delivered instantly?
Yes. Right after checkout you’ll see a download link on the confirmation page, and you’ll get an email with the same link. The download is yours to keep — re-download anytime from the receipt email.
Do you offer subscriptions?
No. Everything is one-time purchase with lifetime updates. We don’t believe in subscribing to software that doesn’t fundamentally change month-to-month.
What if a tool stops working after an OS update?
We update the tools to stay compatible with current operating systems. Updates are free for life. If something breaks and we haven’t fixed it yet, email us and we’ll prioritize it.
Can I use a tool for commercial work?
Yes. The personal license covers any kind of work you do, including commercial. The only restriction is that each user needs their own license. See the License page for details.
How can I suggest a tool you should build?
Subscribe to the monthly newsletter and reply with your idea. Newsletter replies are the highest-leverage way to influence what gets built. We also take requests at support@mindtomotionstudios.com.
Is my data private?
Yes. Tools are local-first whenever possible — your data lives on your machine, not on our servers. We don’t run analytics inside the tools, we don’t sell data, we don’t have data to sell. The website uses minimal privacy-respecting analytics (no cookies tied to individuals).
