Plain-English license.

When you buy a tool from Mind to Motion Tools, you get a personal use license. Here’s what that means in plain English.

What you can do

• Use the tool yourself, on as many of your own devices as you want
• Use it for personal projects, paid work, business use, anything
• Keep it forever — the license doesn’t expire
• Use any updates that ship while you’re still alive (lifetime updates)

What you can’t do

• Share the files with other people (each user needs their own license)
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the tool
• Use it on behalf of a team without buying team licenses (contact us for team pricing)
• Modify the source code and redistribute it (some tools include source code; if so, internal modifications are fine for your own use)

Team or commercial use

If you want to use a tool with more than one user (e.g. for a team or agency), email support@mindtomotionstudios.com. Team pricing is usually 3-5x the personal price depending on the tool.

Liability

Tools are provided as-is. We test them carefully and stand behind them, but we can’t guarantee they’ll work in every possible environment or use case. If something goes wrong, refund policy applies. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the purchase price you paid.
