30 days. No questions.
If you buy a tool from Mind to Motion Tools and it doesn’t do what you needed, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No forms. No interrogation. No “well, did you try X first?”
To request a refund, email support@mindtomotionstudios.com with the email address you used at checkout and the name of the product. You’ll get a reply within 2 business days confirming the refund. The money is back in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
What we’d appreciate (but don’t require): a one-line note about what didn’t work for you. We use those notes to improve the tools and product pages so future buyers know what to expect. But you’re not obligated to explain anything.
What we don’t refund:
- Purchases more than 30 days old
- Bundle pricing if you’ve already used one tool from the bundle for more than 30 days
- Custom work, consulting, or services
If something edge-case comes up that isn’t covered here, email anyway. We default to refunds — keeping someone’s money when the tool didn’t fit isn’t a sustainable business model.
